TROUBLE LISTENING?
One of the quickest "fixes" we
have found to work for people
who are having problems starting
a player on their computer is to
simply "reboot" your computer.
That's just a fancy word for
re-starting Windows. The best
way to do that is as follows:
Click on the Start Button in
lower left corner of your screen
Click the "Restart" Button.
Other problems with getting your
player to work generally come
from recent updates of the
player installed on your
computer. You may need to
revisit the link above the
corresponds with your player
above - and go back and download
the new updated player .
One last area to check is "what
is your connection bandwidth?"
Due to many requests VOTL Radio
has selected to go to a High
Bandwidth that most "High speed
connections" should be able to
handle. (Broadband connections)
However, we have added a stream
for those who prefer the lower
band stream.
