How do you bookmark items on WinAmp? It's easy! Once you have KGRL playing on your WinAmp, just right click on it and choose "Bookmark Item(s)" or use "Alt-I." Then press "Alt-L" to open up your media library and go to Bookmark section, where you will see the bookmarked KGRL pls file. Right click on it and choose "Edit selected bookmarks." On the File portion of the dialogue box that opened, change it to the loudcity pls. For the list of the pls of your favorite KGRL kbps flavor, check the listen page. Hint: It starts with "http://community.loudcity.com/stations/kgrl-fm/files/show/." That way the next time you want to play KGRL and it wouldn't, just try loading the bookmark (Alt-L to Media Library) and double click on the KGRL pls you bookmarked.

The KGRL.fm Player Widget, which runs under Konfabulator aka The Widget formerly known as Yahoo! Widget Engine is what we like to describe as "a little piece of heavenly goodness right in your desktop." The fixed version can be downloaded either in zip compressed or .widget format.


Tune-in with iTunes



KGRL is now listed under iTunes Radio! YAY! It only took months of waiting and thumb fiddling to get listed. Look for KGRL under the Alternative and Eclectic genres. Hopefully this will make things easier for those using iTunes.

Of course, Google won't be left behind... So here's the KGRL.fm Player Gadget for those who wants to use the google engine instead. So yeah, follow this link to install Google Desktop and be on your merry way to having that "little piece of heavenly goodness right in your desktop" google version. You can download it from the official Google Gadget page or in-house: either in zip compressed or .gg format.


Tune-in with iPhone/iPod Touch



KGRL streams are compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch! There are now two options to tune in. The easiest is to use FlyTunes or download their new native iPhone App called FlyCast from the Apple App Store. Just point your iPhone/iPod Touch Safari browser to their website http://www.flytunes.fm (or from FlyCast) drop down box to Radio (3G/Wi-Fi or Edge) then choose: Alternative, Eclectic, or Indie genres where KGRL is listed.!
